Hugh McDiarmid [1837-1901], now deceased, who was a professor in Hiram College, Hiram, Ohio, where his widow and children still reside, the latter being; Campbell (a leading barrister of Cincinnati), Erritt (a professor in a Minnesota college), Norman (a resident of Cincinnati [& later a colonel in the US Army]), Bell (wife of a  Mr. Ritchie) and Ethel (a resident of Ohio).
