    Not sure who the baby is. If taken cir 1911 it could be his daughter Dorothy b. 1909 d. 1913. The cars in the photo however look circa 1926 vintage, so the baby could be his grand daughter Jane Carter b. 1927. We obtained the photo from Jane Evelyn Carter.
