      dated 14 October 1687:

      "Thomas Russum, Planter, and Elizabeth, his wife, one of the daughters and co-heir of John Morris, late of Thirdhaven , Planter, deceased, to Peter Anderton of Thirdhaven, Carpenter, 300 acres called "Foxhole" in the mouth of Thirdhaven Creek and adj. to Foxhole Branch. Also a moiety of "Fox H arbour," (being) 100 acres in the mouth of Thirdhaven Creek , adj. the land laid out for Richard White and Thomas Phillips." [2]
