  W.R. Boyer Jr. notes: At about age 22 was accidentally shot in the face by a co-worker at the Reading Railroad terminal in Logan, Philadelphia.  He recovered.  Apparently it was a policy to keep a gun in the drawer of one of the desks in the office, the co-worker pulled it out and was asking what it was, when it acidentally went off. Notes from his draft registration card dated 27 April, 1942. Resides at 5404 Front Street, Philadelphia, PA, Age 45, born Dec 7, 1896. Contact: Elizabeth Mary Boyer.
