Magee, 83, founder of the Magee Oil Company in 1920, died Monday at his home following a heart attack. He retired from business in 1944. He was a member of Stephens Methodist Church here. Surviving are his wife, Eva K. Magee; two sons, Raymond A., Ocean City; Paul S., Berlin; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a brother, Fred, Williamsville, Del., and a sister, Mrs. Adela Manlove, Media, Pa. Services were held Wednesday at 2 p. m. in the Watson and Whaley Funeral Home at Selbyville. The Rev. Joseph C. Vaughan, pastor of Stephens Church, officiated. Interment was in Odd Fellows Cemetery at Bishopville."
